Sunnen AG in Switzerland is the European technology center for automation and large honing machines.

More than 50 employees are developing and building specialized honing machines for large parts and customized application solutions for honing. Whether it’s workpiece specific clamping devices, production-optimized retrofits, or fully automated honing systems, the best possible solution for our customers is developed and implemented at this site.

At this plant, skilled employees are also on hand to provide our customers with the best possible support in terms of application and service for questions about honing and lapping.

Germany is for Sunnen one of the most important and challenging markets worldwide. When it comes to offering high-precision, customized solutions for bore finishing, Germany is the benchmark in Europe.

With over 70 years of experience in selling Sunnen products, the team at Sunnen Deutschland GmbH is a highly experienced and successful partner for the German market.

Sunnen’s machine portfolio is on display at the new showroom in Cologne. Here, customized applications are developed and the latest trends in honing are presented.

The European central warehouse and service center are also located at this plant. From here, customers receive support in the daily use of their Sunnen products.

About 35 employees, including almost 20 in sales and service, work closely with customers and are highly committed to developing customized solutions for customers’ honing tasks.
